Our Story
Paragon GE was founded in 2017, by our Managing Director, Salem Mubarak. He wanted to create an upstream oil and gas specific recruitment practise that presented its clients a truly bespoke offering of Executive Search and General Recruitment for every phase of a project’s life cycle. Recruitment transforms people’s lives, and Salem wanted to build a practice that understood this and both valued and respected each and every one of its clients and candidates by recognizing their specific needs and requirements. This in turn would create long-lasting relationships as well as long-term success.
