Paragon GE is looking for a Commercial Advisor (Expat) for a staff position with an E&P company in Egypt.

This is a staff permanent role that will be office based in Cairo.

JOB PURPOSE:
Supports the Commercial Manager in dealing with all commercial, economic, strategic aspects of the Group’s assets with the target of maximizing value for the Company’s shareholders and, where relevant, for the partnership.

JOB FUNCTION:
  • Support the Commercial Manager in dealing with all commercial, economic and strategic matters relevant to the Group’s concessions.
  • Responsible, in accordance with directions discussed with the Commercial Manager and in cooperation with the General Counsel/Legal Advisor, for preparing extensions/amendments  for existing concessions and the ancillary agreements  and ensuring that such agreements are followed/applied.
  • Conduct negotiations with EGAS / EGPC, other oil companies and existing/prospective partners, under the broad supervision of the Commercial Manager.
  • Provides input into strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board regarding existing concessions.

Qualifications
Degree- University degree in Business/Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science (Geology, Law)

Work experience
Number of years: minimum 8  years
